How To Answer: Why Should We Hire You?

Question: Why should we hire you? 

Answer: Cause y’all hiring... 💁🏾‍♀️

We’ve all wanted to say that ⬆️

But of course you can’t 😂

It’s important to understand that this question is essentially asking based on what you know about the position and this company...what qualifies YOU as the best candidate. 

Therefore, when you’re asked this question it’s important that you let the interviewer know what YOU bring to the table that will meet and exceed what’s expected in the job description.
