It’s not disrespectful to say no! 🛑

When you say YES to every request - you’re actually disrespecting yourself! 

We all have career goals and I can guarantee that no one has “work until 10pm every night” listed as a career goal.  

But “working until 10pm every night”, can very much be a reality if you don’t start respecting yourself enough to say, NO!
